We had sold our house and had to move within 6 weeks, my wife was made redundant just after so you can imagine our lives were a little bit unsettled to say the least, without another house to go to,we had to look at the storage option. To add to our troubles I injured my back and could not lift a thing, not good when you are in the midst of moving! I spoke to Big and Red and explained the situation and they organised a Saturday collection and even supplied the muscle to help us, they took control and owned the job which was great and very much appreciated, I have had to pop in to collect the odd thing from storage now and again and nothing seems to be too much trouble.10 out of 10 Thanks.

As a BMW dealer we are often in need of safe, secure and reliable storage. In Big & Red storage we have found that. Working on a busy industrial estate with limited parking it has been incredibly beneficial to rent parking spaces from Big & Red, especially as they are just next door. We often need temporary storage when we get deliveries of new vehicles and Big & Red deal with these Ad hoc requests quickly, efficiently and with a customer service that makes you think “Nothing is too much trouble”.

I am quite local to Big & Red, so I popped in to have a talk with the team and was very impressed with their warm and friendly approach. I felt welcome and important and within half an hour they had sorted me out with a great rate on a crate. They seemed more interested in helping me and providing me with what I needed rather than whatever they could flog to me. It was really great customer service.
