This service is free for most customers

How it works... Call us to book an appointment and to check if you qualify for Free collection. We then deliver a trailer to your door. You load the trailer and when you’re done, we’ll collect it and return to Big and Red where you can easily unload it into a secure self storage unit. This service is very popular, so please call in plenty of time to reserve your collection slot.

For most customers this service is FREE, so you save:

• Van hire costs - £60 to £70
• Van insurance
• Fuel costs
• Deposit £250
• 2 hours of your time collecting and returning a hire van

We had sold our house and had to move within 6 weeks, my wife was made redundant just after so you can imagine our lives were a little bit unsettled to say the least, without another house to go to,we had to look at the storage option. To add to our troubles I injured my back and could not lift a thing, not good when you are in the midst of moving!
